Jango’s Banana Omelette

Here is one of his delicious recipes for omelette with a twist.

Ingredients 
1 chopped banana
3 whole eggs
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. olive oil

Heat the oil in a pan on a medium heat and then add the chopped banana.
Heat until they soften. 
While the banana is warming, beat the eggs in a bowl. 
Pour the eggs over the banana. 
When the omelette is almost cooked sprinkle the cinnamon over the top

Yummy!
