Our Instructors are trained to tailor their classes to suit all levels of fitness. You go at your own pace and put in your own effort. What you put in, you’ll get out of it.
What is the accommodation like?
Each of the venues is different and offers 3-5* accommodation. We have not got a dormitory facility. You will be allocated a twin room. When you book your place on a MFF weekend you will be asked to give the name of the people you would like to share your chalet with and the person you would like to share your twin room with. We will endeavour to make this happen for you. Each of our venues are carefully selected with comfort, cleanliness, affordability and location in mind.
What will the meals be like?
Working with our Nutritionist, Mel Rayner, a delicious, nutritionally balanced and satisfying menu will be available over the weekend. Dietary requirements will be catered for and a wide selection will be available to all.
Can we guarantee weight loss?
If you follow our balanced weekend and throw yourself into all the classes and eat only our balanced meals then we are confident that you will lose weight. However to have a substantial weight loss you have to take the tools that you have learnt over the weekend and implement them into your daily lifestyle to gain a substantial weight loss.
What should I bring for the weekend?
Sports wear for 3 days of exercises. Sensible trainers. Casual and comfortable clothing for the evenings. A full ‘Kit List’ will be emailed to you upon booking.

We accept payment by cheque, bank transfer or debit/credit card at a 2% surcharge. Receipts will be sent via email
Injuries or ailments
Once signed up you will be sent a declaration form. It is your responsibility to declare any injuries/ailments that may prevent you from participating in all aspects of the weekend. We may require notification from your Doctor enabling you to take part if your injuries/ailments are considered ‘high risk’.
What dietary advice will I receive after the weekend?
You will be given the opportunity to join our members club. This will enable you to have Nutritionist news and recipes sent to you via email once a month. It will cover dietary advice and also allow you to email questions.
How can I keep it up?
MFF weekends will help Kickstart your exercise regime. We cannot make you continue your exercise and good eating when you leave us. However, we will retrain your brain and body as best we can over one weekend to consider exercise and healthy eating as an integral part of your new lifestyle. We offer an Aftercare service where we will send you dietary and nutritional advice to include exciting, balanced recipes. We will offer you access to a forum and monthly phone ins, where you will have the opportunity to call our Life Motivators or Nutritionist and a phone consultation will be available. This will be booked in by internet booking on a first come, first served basis. By taking our Membership you will be given an automatic discount on all future bookings which we hope will encourage you to come on a frequent basis.
